 We’ll spend the first week working through the first step of my ARCH process.

We will acknowledge the  relationship you have with yourself now and go on a guided journey  back through time to explore your story. We’ll look at resource states and your angels, focusing on your resilience (because you’re still here!).

We’ll look at your relationship with your body and your self-talk (the good and the not so good), as well as your boundaries with others.

This week will be infused with gentleness and compassion for your own little one.

We’ll touch on the brain stoplight and polyvagal theory by Dr. Stephen Porges as a lens to go back in time.

 WEEK 2: REGULATE & RESOURCE

 We’ll spend this week focusing on nurturing ourselves through music, movement, expression through art, and even a look at food, and sleep.

We’ll present ideas to support nurturing yourself and let you decide what you’d like to focus on this week and for the rest of our time together.

Think of this week as the warm bath and a cup of tea that you’ve been needing for quite some time.

We’ll spend a little more time with boundaries and saying no when we need to so that we can say yes to ourselves!

WEEK 3: CONNECT THE DOTS, COMPLETE THE STRESS CYCLES

 This week, we’ll focus on transgenerational patterns of handling stress, self-care, self-talk, and other cycles that are passed from one generation to the next.

Questions like:
  • What nervous system patterns have repeated from your childhood?
  • What patterns can you see now that you’ve repeated from your own
    parents/extended family
    ?
  • Can you see the patterns you’ve shifted?

This week will be full of strategies to help you connect the dots in your own story for those repeating patterns and ways to complete the stress cycles even if you don’t know where the pattern came from.
